1. Dispatch Facility & Turnaround SLAs
All consignments originate from the centralized primary processing facility of Moso International Private Limited located at:
12,000+ sq. ft. cleanroom roasting, automated nitrogen pouch packaging, and palletized dispatch dock.
2. Domestic Freight Network (Pan-India)
We maintain strategic freight tie-ups with India's leading B2B transport networks (including Safechem, V-Trans, TCI Freight, and express air cargo):

3. Global Ocean Container & Air Cargo Shipments
Under parent company Moso International Private Limited, we manage end-to-end export forwarding to international buyers worldwide:
Shipped via Kolkata Port (SMPK), Haldia Port, or JNPT / Nhava Sheva (Mumbai). 20ft & 40ft High Cube containers stuffed with moisture-protected desiccants and palletized wrap.
Urgent flavour sample crates or high-value retail launches flown from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport (CCU) or Jay Prakash Narayan Airport (PAT).
Global Transit Times: Typically 7 to 15 business days for air cargo, and 20 to 45 days for ocean freight depending on destination port.
4. International Commercial Terms (Incoterms 2020)
We accommodate standard international trade contracts:
- FOB (Free on Board): Delivery to port of origin (Kolkata / Nhava Sheva), with all customs clearance and export terminal charges handled by us.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): Delivered to destination sea port, including marine transit insurance and maritime carrier freight prepaid.
- CFR (Cost and Freight): Freight prepaid to discharge port, with marine insurance covered directly by the buyer.
- EXW (Ex Works): Available for domestic institutional consolidators picking up directly from our Katihar dock.
